"Situated on Fife Avenue, within the popular Scotch Estate this two bedroom semi detached property has a lot to offer including a large conservatory. The property has undergone modernisation work and is ready to move into and will make a perfect home for first time buyers.

The downstairs comprises of hall, lounge, kitchen and conservatory. Entry via the uPVC front door gives access to the hall with stairs to first floor, under stairs storage cupboards and door to lounge.
