"Located within a very sought after street close to Saltwell park, we are delighted to be offering for sale this spacious ground floor flat. The flat is located on Silverdale Terrace and benefits from gas central heating via a combi boiler and double glazing to to the widows. The accommodation briefly comprises; entrance hallway, lounge/dining room, two bedrooms, fitted kitchen and a three-piece bathroom. At the rear there is a yard.
