"Located in central Low Fell we are delighted to market this 1930's house which boasts a lovely garden and beautiful westerly views. The house is located on Alverstone Avenue and is priced to reflect modernisation. The accommodation briefly comprises; entrance lobby, lounge, separate dining room and a kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom/wc. Lovely well maintained gardens are located to both sides, the main garden features a lawned section and is westerly facing.
