"A 1930's bay windowed semi detached house located within this sought after estate. The property has been beautifully appointed and has also been extended to the ground floor, there is double glazing and gas central heating with radiators and many of the rooms have been finished with stylish halogen down lighters. The house briefly comprises ; entrance lobby, lounge, dining room which opens through to the kitchen which has been extended from the original structure of the home. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a lovely bathroom/wc with travertine tiling. Externally to the front there is a garden and driveway for off road parking. The rear garden is very spacious, which is mainly set to lawn with two decked patio areas. NO ONWARD CHAIN.

Entrance hallway Access to the home is via a double glazed door. A staircase leads to the first floor. Lounge 3.64 x 4.29 (11'11' x 14'1') Measurement is into the bay window and the alcoves. A double glazed bay window overlooks the front aspect, there is a cast iron log burning stove and a radiator. Sunken halogen spotlights is fitted to the ceiling. Double bedroom two A second double bedroom which has a radiator and a double glazed window overlooks the rear aspect. Sunken halogen spotlights is fitted into the ceiling. External Located at the front of the home there is a low maintenance gravelled garden and a driveway which provides parking for one car. The rear garden is very spacious with a large lawned section. A large decked patio area is located next to the house and an additional decked area is located at the bottom of the garden.
