"Superb double fronted 1930's semi detached house which is situated on the desirable Dryden Road. The house has double glazing and gas central heating is via a combi boiler. The house will be ideal for a family and features an enclosed garden to the rear. The accommodation briefly comprises; entrance reception hallway, lounge with bay window, dining room with bay window, a ground floor study/home office and a modern fitted kitchen. Upstairs there is a galleried landing which opens into three bedrooms (two double) and a family bathroom with a separate wc.
