The house is located on the popular Calderwood Estate and will appeal to a young couple, family or persons looking to downsize. Upstairs there is a landing which opens into two bedrooms and there is a bathroom with a separate wc. Lovely lawned gardens are located to both sides. The house is very well presented and we highly recommend an internal viewing.
