"Hidden away in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold town of Tetbury, this impressive and generously proportioned five six bedroom house was built in the 1953 by Messers Holborough as part of a small development of high quality houses and has been recently updated and extended.
The house is centrally positioned within its beautiful
grounds and has beautiful south facing formal landscaped gardens, with far reaching rural views enjoyed from almost all rooms. The ground floor comprises spacious and practical living and offers a versatile view of how it can be utilised. There are numerous character features, including stone mullioned windows, parquet flooring, an oak staircase and bathstone open fireplaces. Upstairs is a principal bedroom suite, which has views of The Chipping Steps and Tetbury Church, a guest suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom, all set around a spacious landing area.
There is a separate building with a shower room and a further room, ideal as a sixth guest bedroom or a studio. As well as this, above the double garage is an office playroom.
