"DESCRIPTION The Brewers Cottage is a prominent Grade II listed Cotswold stone house conveniently positioned close to Tetbury‘s bustling centre. Constructed in the early 1800s, the property has a beautiful and captivating symmetrical front elevation with hood-mould arch framed stone mullion windows. The arch detailing continues as an architectural feature throughout the accommodation together with other period features including window seats, exposed timber beams and stone walls. Arranged over two floors, the accommodation extends in all to just under 1,800 sq.ft complete with the rare advantage of garage and parking.

The ground floor original front reception rooms have been remodelled as open plan to one another, the living room of which has a wood-burning stove within the fireplace whilst the dining room has fitted cupboards. A characterful charming snug has wide-board timber flooring and French doors opening to the south-west facing garden. Parquet flooring spans over the kitchenbreakfast room fitted with timber units and an electric Everhot. Adjoining the kitchen, there is a useful utility room with separate WC, and a conservatory overlooking the garden. SITUATION Tetbury is a thriving historic Cotswold market town with much of it dating back to the 17th and 18th Centuries. Conveniently located less than half an hour from both the M4 and M5 motorway, Tetbury is within easy reach of Cirencester, Cheltenham, Bath, Bristol and Swindon. Close by is the beautiful Forestry Commission run Westonbirt Arboretum and King Charles‘ Highgrove Estate. There is good access to nearby Kemble Railway Station which provides regular fast services to London and other regional centres.
