"‘Rhys Court’ is a superior developent of 6 apartments constructed to a high standard in 2005. The block is conveniently located in a small cul-de-sac less than a mile from the town centre and 200m from the beach. Apartment No 2 is situated on the ground floor and has the benefit of a good sized living room with personal patio leading off. It has been maintained to a good standard by the current owners, presented with a neutral decor throughout. The flat will appeal to both homeowners or for investment as long lets are permitted within the terms of the lease. This apartment is offered for sale with no forward chain.

Swanage lies at the eastern tip of the Isle of Purbeck delightfully situated between the Purbeck Hills.
