"Westfield Close is a select private cul-de-sac of just 9 houses built in 2010 by Linden Homes. This is the first to be resold since originally sold. The house had already been finished to a higher spec. than Linden Homes' standard finish and our client has since enhanced it further with the addition of quality built in wardrobes by 'Hammonds' in both bedrooms, cornicing in the sitting room, attractive ceramic wall tiling in the kitchen and the creation of a lovely private garden. Off the entrance hall is a downstairs cloakroom with cupboards housing a plumbed in washing machine/dryer with laundry shelf over. A wide timber door leads from the hallway to the sitting/dining room which is a lovely bright south facing room with twin French doors with glazed sidelights to the garden, new plaster cornicing and oak style laminate flooring. The kitchen is fitted with a range of quality gloss fronted units with attractive wood effect worktops and fitted appliances include a full size Zanussi dishwasher, Zanussi fridge and freezer and 4 burner halogen ceramic hob with oven below, filter hood above and chrome splashback behind.
