"This fine looking detached house was built in the early 2000's and offers an attractive front fascia concealing well proportioned rooms and a layout that should suit many a family. Downstairs, our clients enjoy the open-plan living accommodation with a welcoming entrance hall leading through to a beautiful sitting room with eye-catching and cosy gas log-effect fireplace. An open square archway leads to the separate dining room. The kitchen/breakfast is a wide room overlooking the rear garden with sliding doors to the garden from the breakfast area. Distinctly separated into cooking and dining areas, the kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of light wood style units whilst integral appliances include Neff gas hob with extractor fan above, built-in oven/grill, integrated Neff dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Our clients preferred to have more living space so converted the rear section of the integral garage into a very useful family room.
