"Turnoak Avenue is a quiet and highly regarded cul-de-sac that sits in a hugely convenient location within walking distance of the town centre, making it an ideal location for anyone wishing to commute into London. The house sits on the south side of the road and is therefore in a prime position to take advantage of the sun throughout the day making this a notably light and airy home throughout. The property has been cleverly extended over the years and is now a home that works extremely well on a practical day to day living basis taking into account the needs of modern day family living.

The ground floor rooms have a great deal of versatility to the way in which they can be used and have an excellent balance between rooms that are perfect for day to day living and entertaining and rooms which are separate and would make ideal study/family rooms etc. On the back of the house, the sitting room is a particularly light and bright room with a central fireplace and doors that lead out onto the terrace and rear garden beyond. From here, there is also a door that leads into the stunning double height conservatory which the current owners use as a dining room but would equally well make an excellent garden room or family room if preferred. From here, there is also a door that leads into the kitchen which creates an excellent flow between these three rooms which make up the principal living spaces for the house. The kitchen is fitted out with an excellent range of wooden units and a number of integrated appliances and also has a door that leads into the garage. On the front of the house, there are two further reception rooms currently used as a dining room and a study.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is on the back and therefore overlooks the garden and has its own en-suite bathroom. Adjacent to this, there is a second double bedroom which has an en-suite WC while the two remaining bedrooms share the well proportioned family bathroom.

All in all, this is a very comfortable and workable family home situated in an excellent location."
