"In the same ownership since 1976, it would be fair to say that it is now time for this property to be updated and possibly extended still further. It is beautifully situated and features a superb rear garden. Double fronted with the entrance hall in the middle of the bungalow. The sitting room with gas fire leads via a square archway to a separate dining room/sun room with sliding double glazed patio doors to the rear. The kitchen requires modernisation and has a wall mounted gas boiler for the central heating system as well as a pantry. Both bedrooms are very well proportioned doubles. There is a bathroom and separate WC, again in need of modernisation. There may be opportunities to extend upwards into a large roof-space, and maybe even double-storey the house, subject to planning and building regs. Outside, a tarmacadam driveway leads down the side of the house to the detached garage. A side gate leads into the rear garden which is an excellent size, in the region of 80 to 90 ft in total. A paved patio adjacent to the house leads to a large expanse of lawn bordered to both sides by Beech hedging and to the rear by Rhododendrons and Forsythia. Beyond is an ideal composting area with timber garden shed. Boundaried to the rear by timber fencing and a gate leading onto a rear access.

Perfectly situated for everything that Woking has to offer being just a mile walk of the town centre and excellent train service to London Waterloo, with 11 trains per hour in the rush hour. Woking Park, leisure centre and David Lloyd health Centre are just around the corner.

Leave Woking on the A320 Guildford Road and at the Turnoak roundabout, turn left onto Wych Hill. Take the second turning on the right into Turnoak Avenue and the bungalow will be found at the end of the road on the left."
