"Sitting in the very heart of Woking town centre, the Centrium development is a landmark building in the town and is situated on the doorstep of its superb commuter station. Up on the 10th floor, this apartment is some way above the hustle and bustle of the town and therefore offers a certain degree of privacy but is still literally on the doorstep of everything that Woking town centre has to offer. Centrium has a 24 hour service reception desk as well as a gymnasium and sauna for the use of the residents, all of which adds to the overall appeal of this apartment as a whole.

Lifts take you up to the 10th floor where this apartment sits at one end of the floor, almost without neighbouring apartments, and is therefore superbly sited within the building as a whole. Throughout the flat the emphasis is very much on the light that floods in through the floor to ceiling windows, a fact which very much adds to the overall feeling of space.
