"The front door opens into a hallway with solid Oak flooring and provides access to the principle living accommodation. Two double bedrooms are situated at the front of the property, one has built in wardrobes whilst the other has under stair storage and is used as a study by the current owners.

The sitting room is welcoming and features a wood burning stove and open plan access to the conservatory, offering both views and access to the rear garden. The ground floor shower room is fully tiled and fitted with a modern white suite. The solid oak flooring continues from the hallway into the dining room which is a great size and has French doors leading to a patio area. The light and airy kitchen is fitted with a generous range of shaker style units with granite work surfaces that extends to a peninsula breakfast bar. There is a further large storage cupboard and French doors that open out to the patio area, creating a perfect focal space to entertain family and friends. A well equipped utility room is located off the kitchen with space for a washing machine and side access to the garden.
