"On first impression when you arrive at this home, there is a good amount of parking for at least 4 cars on a shingled driveway. Close to the village, this is a great family home where a junior and infants school are both within a short walk. The owners have enjoyed 12 years living here and can't stress how convenient a place to live this is. Being between the towns of Guildford and Woking and benefiting from being within some of Guildford's premier catchments for senior schools, this is a wise buy. Features include a cosy front living room with open fire, a separate dining room with double doors opening into a superb family room/conservatory constructed in hardwood with double glazing and a glass roof. The kitchen/family room is now the hub of the house featuring wooden floors, french doors to outside and in the kitchen section, a gas hob, double electric oven and extractor fan with space for washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Being southerly facing, the rear of the house is lovely and bright and allows the garden to become an extension of the house in the summer months. Upstairs you will find two double rooms with built in cupboards and a further single room. The family bathroom with white suite has tiled walls and a shower over the bath.
