"Nicely set back from the road in the heart of Send village this is a detached home of character that sits in the centre of a large plot, a fact which gives it a certain degree of seclusion and privacy. The house is at a stage in its life now where the incoming buyer is likely to undertake a programme of updating and possibly extending, subject to achieving planning consent, and as such is a wonderful opportunity to create a hugely attractive family home. There is a great deal of precedent in the road for these houses being extended and so it seems likely that this would be possible and also there may well be some potential for converting the loft space.

On the ground floor, an arched solid wood front door leads into an entrance vestibule and from there on into the reception hall which leads to all of the ground floor rooms. On the front of the house, the sitting room has an attractive square bay window as well as a central open working fireplace while the dining room on the back overlooks the very nicely proportioned rear garden. The kitchen on the side has been refitted in recent years with a range of wooden units and ample appliance space while beyond this is a very useful larder/utility room.
