"Quietly situated in an attractive and sought after cul-de-sac in the heart of Send village, this is a thoughtfully extended family home of extremely well proportioned, light and airy accommodation. The extension on the ground floor has greatly enhanced the living areas resulting in a home that works extremely well on a practical day to day living basis and very much takes into account the needs of modern day family life.

On one side of the hall there is a substantial front to back sitting room which has doors at the rear that lead out onto the garden, all of which makes this an extremely workable principal living space for the house. On the back, the kitchen has benefitted enormously from the extension and is fitted out with an excellent range of wooden units that incorporate a number of built in appliances including a stainless steel 5 burner, two oven range cooker, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Here, there is also a large breakfast bar to one side while at the far end, a stable door leads out onto the terrace and rear garden. Off the kitchen there is a large dining room which also has doors that lead out onto the garden as well as a personal door that leads into the garage.

Upstairs, the bedrooms continue in the same light and airy vein with a double bedroom on the front that has a range of built in wardrobes as well as its own very nicely refitted en-suite bathroom that has a very attractive contemporary feel to it, all of which creates an excellent master suite.
