"This great family house definitely has a charm about it. On first entering the hallway, it is easy to be deceived by how much space there is actually available here, particularly downstairs. A reception room immediately to your left hand side would create a perfect family room with exposed floor boards and square bay window. Behind this, the L-shaped sitting room provides two distinct areas. A perfect carpeted sitting area where French doors lead onto the patio, whilst the other area has dark oak flooring and exposed white painted chimney breast - ideal for a piano. A door leads to a very useful L-shaped office/study where there is a door into the garage. The kitchen is a real feature of the house. It opens directly into a large conservatory area which is where you are bound to spend a great deal of family/entertaining time. In the kitchen area, a comprehensive range of light wood style units are complemented by extensive roll top worksurfaces whilst built in integral appliances include a 4/5 ring Neff halogen hob with separate double oven, fridge/freezer and a Neff dishwasher. Within the conservatory/dining area there is a further array of fitted units in the same style as the kitchen, and French doors open onto the garden.

Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, 4 excellent doubles and a good sized single. The master has a full wall of built in wardrobes and doors, and its own en-suite bathroom fitted with a modern suite.
