"A beautifully presented and extended five bedroom family home situated on a premier private road in the village of Send. The property boasts a spacious open plan living space, driveway parking for several vehicles and a large rear garden designed for entertaining.

This stunning home has been the subject of much improvement after a complete renovation by the current owners in 2017. The property boasts under floor heating, new wiring with USB sockets throughout and new windows and doors with an electric remote blind system to the main living space.

The open plan living area has been superbly designed with modern family life in mind and features a large ceiling lantern, engineered wood flooring and bi fold doors that lead directly onto the raised decking. The bespoke, handmade kitchen is well planned and fitted with a generous range of units and a large Island. The utility room is situated off the kitchen and includes a separate WC.

Woking Station offers regular service to London Waterloo with trains approximately every 7 minutes and a journey time of around 22 minutes. Alternative services are provided from West Clandon with trains to London Waterloo arriving within one hour.
