"Field House is a detached home which has been beautifully extended and updated by the present owners with large windows providing lovely light family accommodation. A covered entrance porch leads to the reception hall off which is a cloakroom and a study with fitted bookshelves. There is a double aspect sitting room with gas fire and doors to the glass-roofed conservatory which has a ceiling fan, roof blinds and door to the garden. Amtico flooring runs throughout the conservatory and kitchen/dining area. An arch leads to the kitchen/dining room which has large windows with lovely views over the garden and is well-fitted with a range of cupboards and drawers, fan-assisted oven, microwave, gas hob and space for dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen is a utility room and rear lobby with cupboads and space for further appliances, doors to the front and rear and double doors to the tv/family room. The property is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac just over half a mile from the large village of Send which has a primary school, doctor's surgery, shops for daily needs and vibrant Scout/Guide, sports and social clubs.   Ripley village, about 2 miles, has a wider range of shops, whilst Guildford and Woking (5.2 and 4 miles respectively) have an extensive range of shopping, social and recreational amenities. Kevan Drive is within the catchment area for the highly regarded George Abbot state secondary school and close to first class private prep and secondary schools. The A3 can be reached within about 2.25 miles northbound and 0.5 mile southbound for access to the south coast, central London, the M25 and Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Woking and Guildford both have mainline stations with fast and frequent trains to Waterloo in about 25 and 38 minutes respectively and West Clandon branch station is within 1.8 miles.
