"Maybury Place was developed in 2010/2011 by Taylor Wimpey Homes in a historic part of Woking off the famous Maybury Hill and adjacent to Oldfield Wood, a beautiful former Convent. This particular apartment occupies the ground floor left hand corner of what is an attractive development. From Maybury Hill, wrought iron gates open as you drive up to them however the parking lot can be found from the rear access off Sandy Lane. The flat itself consists of a winding entrance hall with attractive wood flooring that continues through to the sitting room and kitchen. The sitting room is a lovely bright double aspect room featuring white window shutters. The kitchen is fitted with a lovely range of units in white with a grey trim and contrasting work-surfaces. Fitted appliances include dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, hob and electric oven with extractor canopy. Both bedrooms are excellent doubles . The master has its own en-suite shower-room fitted with a white suite. There is also a full family bathroom suite. Heating is via a gas heating system to radiators powered by a communal gass boiler, the costs of which are incorporated within the annual service charge. Parking is in the undercroft secure area and the flat comes with one designated space. There is also a lockable bicycle storage area here.
