"Maybury Place is a very attractive and beautifully situated development of high quality apartments sitting in a quiet setting within easy reach of Woking town centre. This particular flat sits on the top floor and is therefore notably light and airy throughout and is also extremely well proportioned from start to finish as well as being neutrally decorated and very well presented. The principal living area is a large open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room which has a great deal of versatility to the way in which in can be used but is without doubt a very attractive and workable day to day living space. The kitchen is fitted out with comprehensive range of contemporary units incorporating a stainless steel oven and hob, a built in fridge/freezer, washer dryer and a fitted dishwasher and a large island unit all of which is topped with black granite worksurfaces. This all works extremely well with the open plan sitting/dining room to create a room that is perfect for day to day living as it is for entertaining. Along the large hallway is the master bedroom with a whole range of built in wardrobes and its own en-suite. The second bedroom is likewise a very comfortable double and again has a door into a full bathroom which is also accessible from the reception hall. The flat comes with the undoubted advantage of two allocated covered parking spaces and, as it represents the end of chain, is a flat into which an incoming buyer could move very quickly. Woking town centre is within easy reach and has improved enormously in recent years thanks to significant investment which has created a busy and contemporary town centre full of interesting bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
