"This fine family home sits elegantly its plot providing truly outstanding family accommodation. My clients were originally drawn by the quiet tranquil setting and took full advantage of being within walking distance of the local shops at Pyrford and the train station at West Byfleet. The property was cleverly extended in 2005 and 2009 and has a wealth of charm and character only to be found in a property from this period.

There is an attractive entrance porch with doors leading to a welcoming hallway. The original sitting room has an elegant feel with triple aspect views and a stunning focal fireplace with original tiles. There is an elegant dining room with bay window offering wonderful views over the rear garden as does the sitting room. The study has bespoke fitted furniture and access to a grape clad loggia. There is a modern downstairs bathroom with integrated utility appliances. The property has a split-level kitchen/breakfast room with dark granite worktops throughout and stylish light maple cabinets. It is extremely practical and has a tiered breakfast room. Leading from the hallway is a light oak staircase with picture window and wonderful views. The original part of the property offers five bedrooms plus a study room. The main bedroom offers wardrobe space and views over the rear garden and beyond and has a modern shower room. There are three double bedrooms on this floor with wardrobe space and a good single with built-in cupboards and shelves. There is an excellent sized family bathroom. Transport yourself back into the kitchen/breakfast room where a door leads to a stunning family room. There is patio access on to the rear garden and doors lead to an integrated indoor swimming pool. This is my clients? favourite area and can only be truly appreciated when you view. A spiral staircase from this room leads to a further double bedroom. The original property has been cleverly integrated in to a newer extension that is almost a mirror image of the original house. This extension is situated over two floors with the ground floor having a wonderful sports/party room. There is access to the side of the property and a staircase leading to a second landing area, part of which is galleried to the sports/party room with large picture window. There are three double bedrooms, the larger one has double aspect views, a walk-in wardrobe and luxury en-suite bathroom with shower. The two further bedrooms share a modern family shower room and kitchenette. Downstairs there is a second cloakroom and boot room with access to the front and the double garage with electrically operated doors. The property has gas fired central heating to radiators to the main house and electric underfloor heating to the kitchen, study and recent extension."
