"Sitting proudly on its majestic plot, this impressive family home certainly offers space and light in abundance. My clients were initially drawn by its wonderful convenient location, not only for the local shops in Pyrford but West Byfleet itself which has an excellent range of shops and a train station making it perfect for the commuter and convenient for the rest of the family. The property itself offers many outstanding features which will only be fully appreciated when you take a look. Ridgway Residents Association charge an annual levy of ?200 per annum.

The accommodation consists of a large welcoming entrance hall with its original wood block flooring. This area of the property receives a lot of natural light as well as having a separate cloakroom.
