"Feeling more like a house than a flat thanks to its split level layout this is a fabulous apartment that cleverly combines a stunning and stylish presentation and a contemporary finish with much of the character that one would hope to find in a property of this vintage. It occupies the ground and first floor of the end wing of this beautiful Victorian building and this is undoubtedly part of its appeal. Throughout the flat high ceilings and big sash windows add to the overall feeling of light and space and very much contribute what makes this such a superb flat. On the ground floor the kitchen is fitted out with a wide range of units and various integrated appliances while the adjacent sitting room gives the flat a wonderful principal living space. Further to this there is a very useful additional living space which makes an ideal dining room or study space. On the first floor the bedrooms are both comfortable doubles, the master being an unusually large and bright double aspect room. As with the rest of the flat the bathroom is very nicely finished indeed. Outside there is parking for 2 cars and a lovely walled patio and the flat has its own front door. The town centre and its excellent commuter station are within walking distance and thanks to huge recent investment the town now has a busy and cosmopolitan feel to it with many interesting restaurants, bars and cafes. As conversion flats in the town go this is likely to be one of the best that you will see.
Lease: Our vendor has stated 100 + years remain. Maintenance: ?88 pcm to include building insurance, gardening and windows."
