"Sitting in this quiet and attractive tree lined location in South Woking, within easy walking distance of the town's excellent commuter station, this is a substantial and versatile detached family home. The property has been extended and as a result, has a good deal of flexibility to the way in which the accommodation can be used, depending on the needs of an incoming buyer. To one side of the house there is the opportunity to have an annexe which would be ideal for a relative or au pair or indeed, could be incorporated into the main body of the house if preferred. Throughout the house there are large picture windows that allow in a great deal of natural light. On the ground floor there are a number of different living spaces which means the accommodation can be interpreted in different ways but in the main, leads from a large reception hall that immediately creates a feeling of space. On the back, there is a large sitting room with a deep bay window that overlooks the rear garden while adjacent to this, there is a dining room on the side of the house which subsequently leads through into a family room on the back which overlooks the terrace and leads out through sliding doors onto the garden.
