"Adjacent to Pyrford Common and with its own driveway off a small private road is this extended detached home offering three/four bedrooms, two/three reception rooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor the extension has been taken out into the garden on a single level, giving scope to build up on the 1st floor (subject to planning approval). For modern family living the kitchen and dining room has been combined, offering improved light and usable space including a side access door. At the back of the house there are two separate sets of French doors leading out to the patio and garden which measures in-excess of 100ft. The patio area extends the width of the plot and offers excellent alfresco entertaining space all of which is surrounded by a mature garden bordered with mature plants, shrubs and trees. Towards the end of the garden there is a workshop/office fitted with power and lighting whilst at the side of the house the detached garage is connected via a covered walk way linking the driveway back to the garden via a secure door. Throughout the property there is double glazing with upvc sofits offering low maintenance.
