"This detached home has been much cherished and cared for over the past 40 odd years or so by our clients. The accommodation is well proportioned but one of the most important features, as will be obvious as you step into the sitting room, are the views across the beautiful gardens and beyond towards the Surrey Downs. Internally, the property is well proportioned and includes the following accommodation. Off the good sized entrance hall is a downstairs cloakroom and glazed double doors lead into the sitting room with, as mentioned, its marvellous views. This is a wide room with quite distinct sitting areas and reading areas etc featuring casement doors onto the patio and a separate window seat box. There is a marble surround fireplace with inset electric fire. Glazed double doors lead to the dining room with full height and width double glazed sliding patio doors providing a fabulous aspect. The kitchen/breakfast room is well fitted with a comprehensive range of base and eye level cupboards and drawers in a white wood grain finish with space for electric cooker. There is ample room for a breakfast table and a tiled ceramic floor continues into the large utility room with further units and plumbing for washing machine and door to a very useful covered area. This area has timber flooring and a handy built in tool shed also housing the gas boiler. Back to to the hallway and up a couple of stairs and a door leads into what was originally the garage but is now converted into a study/family room. There is a front bit of the original garage (still with the original up and over door) which is still used as storage space.

Up the stairs to the first floor and access to the three bedrooms. The master enjoys a full width bay window to take full advantage of the view towards the hills, fields and trees in between. The other two bedrooms are both excellent double rooms, both with their own wardrobes and sink unit. The third bedroom again enjoys the views. The bathroom is fitted with a modern hand-basin and WC and the bath has mixer taps and hand held shower attachment."
