"Well positioned in a very convenient location that is within just a short walk of Knaphill village, this is a well proportioned bungalow that, as with all single storey houses, offers a good deal of versatility to the way in which the accommodation can be used. The rooms are all very well proportioned and make the most of the light and space as well as having a good separation between the living rooms and the bedrooms. The sitting room is a notably light and airy space with a deep square bay window that overlooks the front and which makes an excellent principal living space for the property. Behind this, there is a very nicely proportioned dining room which leads through into the kitchen. Here, there is an excellent range of wood units, various fitted appliances as well as an integrated oven and hob and a door that leads out onto the rear terrace. On the other side of the hallway, there are two very nicely proportioned double bedrooms, the main one of which has fitted wardrobes while the bathroom in the middle is fitted out with a white suite. Unquestionably, part of the attraction of the house is the rear garden which is not only of an excellent size but also has a rear access at the far end to a further hardstanding. Adjacent to the back of the house, there is a large sun terrace which leads to a garden which is principally lawned and is extremely well enclosed on all sides. The position of the house is extremely convenient as Knaphill's comprehensive village is within just a few minutes' walk and offers a varied collection of shops, pubs and restaurants that very much cater for everyday needs. For those times when you need something more comprehensive however, Woking's busy town centre is within easy reach as is its excellent commuter station that runs a superb service into Waterloo.
