"Nestled at the bottom of Kettlewell Hill in one of Wokings most sought after village locations, houses of this stature are rarely available in this area. The charm and character of this home becomes apparent as you approach the significant oak front door via the rhodedendron lined gravel driveway. This opens to a vestibule, off which is a cloakroom, leading to the reception hall - a lovely prelude to the rest of the house, -enjoying high ceilings and picture rails, as do the principal reception rooms. A magnificent and sizeable dining room would be wonderful for dinner parties and Christmas, and features a delightful brick surround open fireplace. The sitting room is a very socially proportioned room centred around another brick open fireplace with a delightful bay window and door to a lovely loggia. Further rooms include a study and a breakfast room featuring an original dresser unit. There is also a pantry/utility room with spaces for the usual appliances and original units. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wood fronted units again with space for appliances and two tremendously useful larder/pantry cupboards.

Upstairs, via a wide staircase with impressive oak balustrade to a large landing. Off here are all five well-proportioned bedrooms. The master is a spacious and bright double aspect room with built in wardrobes. There is direct access from here to the en-suite bathroom/dressing room that also has a door to the landing. The second bedroom enjoys its own en-suite shower-room. Bedroom three benefits from a large built-in storage cupboard. There is a further family bathroom with separate wc."
