"Kenton Way is a quiet and wee located cul de sac in the heart of Goldsworth Park and within easy reach of the local shops including Waitrose. The house has been a greatly enjoyed home for our clients for some time and has been cleverly extended on the ground floor to make a very big sitting / dining room that has a good deal of versatility to the way in which it can be used. On the front the kitchen is fitted out with a range of units and there is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs the bedrooms are all light and airy and there is a large family bathroom. At the back of the house the garden has been well landscaped with a terrace along the back of the house and steps that lead up onto a flat area of lawn which is surprisingly private and gives the house a very pleasant setting. There is also a garage in a nearby block. Within easy reach of the house is Woking town which has been the subject of huge and on-going investment giving it a busy and contemporary feel with a great many bars and restaurants as well as the New Victoria Theatre and the cinema in the Peacocks shopping centre. Woking station has one of the best commutes into London in the South East and has a very efficient coach service to Heathrow airport. There are many fine schools in and around Goldsworth Park and in the wider area a great deal of woodland and open countryside which is perfect for walking and cycling."
