"Sitting at the far end of a cul de sac in Goldsworth Park this is a well extended family home that has a good deal of versatility to the way in which the accommodation can be used. Throughout the house rooms that are notably light are also well proportioned a fact which gives the house a pleasing feeling of space. All of the principal rooms look out over the garden which is likewise a very good size and which gives the house a surprising degree of privacy. Downstairs the big sitting/dining room has double doors that lead out onto the full width sun terrace while at the far end there is a further room which would make an ideal extra bedroom as it has an adjacent wet room but could equally well be a family room or home office if preferred. The modern kitchen with under floor heating runs front to back and is fitted out with a modern range of units and also has a door that leads out onto the sun terrace. Upstairs there are two principal bedrooms with the master having a range of fitted wardrobes and a very nice bathroom while a study area off the landing could be used as an additional bedroom as the current owners do. The back garden is mainly lawned and takes advantage of its south east aspect to catch the sun for most of the day. To the sides there are rose and shrub beds and in one corner a newly installed shed. To one side of the house there is a small courtyard with a sauna and a hot tub while close to the house there is also a garage. Woking town centre is within a short drive of the house and has been regenerated in recent years to provide a modern and contemporary town with many interesting bars and restaurants as well as the New Victoria Theatre and the cinema in the Peacocks Shopping Centre. Woking main line station is widely regarded as one of the best in the South East and all around Woking there are areas of woodland and common land that make for excellent walking and cycling as well as a selection of excellent schools. There is also potential to extend the house as planning permission to do so was previously gained."
