"Sitting in this quiet and extremely convenient location within easy reach of Woking town centre, this is a three bedroom semi detached home that is in need of a programme of modernising and updating throughout. This is however, an ideal opportunity for an incoming buyer to create a home entirely to their own taste and specification and to end up with a home that will work according to their own individual needs. On the ground floor, there is a well proportioned sitting room on the front while on the back, there is a separate dining room adjacent to the kitchen which also overlooks the rear garden.
