Includes up to 7 bedrooms, 2 receptions plus a study/office area, beautifully fitted kitchen and 5 bath/shower-rooms. Set in the heart of Hook Heath, one of Wokings most exclusive residential areas.

DETAILS Underhill was extensively modernised and extended just a few years ago and now offers an exceptional range of accommodation, all presented in exemplary condition. The fixtures and fittings are of a high quality and the overall finish is of a very good standard. The story starts at the entrance with a fabulous front door with high glazed surround, finished in a red sapele surround, allowing a large influx of light to the reception hall. Upstairs, the master bedroom is again on 2 levels with an oak floor. This is a wonderful bedroom with folding doors and Juliet balcony providing views towards Guildford.
