"This is a tremendous opportunity to buy a really spacious detached property that is presented in generally good order throughout, but could still provide you with some scope to make your own mark. The front door opens to a welcoming entrance hall with original panelled doors to the reception rooms and kitchen. There is also a good size downstairs cloakroom here. The front sitting room is a lovely relaxing room, with a gas coal effect fire and a front aspect bay. The rear dining room has been extended so creates more than just dining space. There are French doors and windows providing views of the beautiful garden. The kitchen/breakfast room has also been extended to give room for a dining/breakfast table. Fitted with a comprehensive range of light wood style units, there is a built-in dishwasher, fridge and freezer and spaces for gas cooker and washing machine. Further French doors open to the garden.
