"This very smartly presented 3-storey townhouse offers a very sensible layout of accommodation, with the living spaces on the ground floor, and the bedrooms and bath/shower-rooms arranged over the 2 floors above.

The downstairs accommodation includes a deep entrance hall, with staircase and smart downstairs cloakroom, giving access to the sitting room and the kitchen/breakfast room. The kitchen is attractively fitted with a comprehensive range of gloss white units and contrasting grey fleck work surfaces. There is a built-in gas hob with electric oven below and extractor canopy over, whilst there are spaces for washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Ample space also here for a breakfast/dining table. Our clients have fitted ground level cupboards and window seats into the bay window, enjoying views of the front green. The sitting room is a spacious room, and bright by virtue of the full width glazing and central sliding doors to the garden.

Upstairs, the first floor includes 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of these rooms are excellent doubles whilst the 3rd is a good single. A further staircase leads to the 2nd floor, and the master suite. This is a huge room. and again very bright due to the 3 double height Velux windows. The bedroom area leads to a large walk-in dressing section with a fitted double wardrobe. The en-suite is very impressive, featuring a large walk-in shower cubicle and twin hand basins.

The heating is via a gas central heating system to radiators and the house benefits from solar powered hot water."
