"8 Hawkswell Close was built by Ideal Homes (now Persimmon Homes) in the early 80's to their 'Parkwood' design and this style continues to retain great popularity with its well proportioned accommodation which includes a downstairs cloakroom, 2 separate reception rooms, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The entire of the ground floor has been refloored in a light laminate finish. The sitting room features a virtually full height double glazed front aspect window and walks through into a separate dining room with double glazed French doors to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with a range of units with roll top worksurfaces and spaces for the usual appliances whilst a Johnson & Starley gas boiler for the gas central heating system was replaced in 2007. Stairs lead to a good sized landing. The master bedroom is a good sized double with built in double wardrobe whilst the second bedroom has a large single wardrobe. The third bedroom makes a good sized study or single bedroom. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite with a shower off the taps which is connected to a shower pump beneath the bath. Outside, there is a lawned front garden bordered from the neighbours by shrubbery. We think it may be possible, subject to council approval to create off-street parking here however, we would advise you check with Woking Borough Council first if your purchase is dependent on this. A side access leads round to the rear garden with a full width patio leading to a lawned area with border shrubbery and Cherry tree enclosed by panel fencing and brick wall to the rear."
