"Situated in a wonderfully convenient location within a short walk of Woking town centre, this is a substantial detached family home of great character. The property sits well back from the road behind a small and attractive green and is approached by way of double opening timber gates and a large tarmac driveway. Langdale has very attractive timbered and rendered elevations that, with its leaded light windows, give the house an immediately welcoming feel which continues on the inside.

Once through the front door, there is a large, oak floored reception hall that immediately creates a feeling of space which in fact, runs through the house as a whole. To one side of the hall is a beautifully proportioned dual aspect sitting room with large floor to ceiling windows and double opening doors at one end which lead out onto the terrace and the rear garden beyond. This is a very warm and comfortable principal reception room with a central gas fireplace and a bay window overlooking the front garden. From here, double opening doors lead into a further reception room with oak strip floor and again a double aspect over the front and rear and double opening casement doors that lead out onto a covered loggia and from there, onto the gardens. On the other side of the reception hall, there is a very comfortable dining room, again with an attractive bay window that looks out over the front. On the back of the house, the kitchen/breakfast room is fitted out with a comprehensive range of solid wood units along with granite worksurfaces and a built in 5 burner stainless steel range oven with stainless steel extractor over. There is also a fitted fridge and freezer as well as a built in dishwasher. There is ample space for a large kitchen table and chairs and again, there is a view out across the rear garden. From the kitchen, there is a door leading into a very useful utility room which also has a door that leads out onto the side access and the rear garden.

Upstairs, all of the bedrooms lead off a large landing while the master bedroom is situated at the far end and has a deep shelved bay window overlooking the front and a whole range of built in wardrobes. This room also has its own full en-suite bathroom with tiled floor and walls. The second bedroom is likewise a very comfortable double with an attractive central fireplace and a view out across the front of the house as well as a large eaves storage cupboard. Bedroom 3 again looks out over the front and also has an attractive range of built in bedroom furniture while bedroom 4 also has a range of built in furniture."
