DETAILS Golf Close is a small quiet cul-de-sac located on the edge of West Byfleet With close proximity to local schools, shop and train station it is easy to see why properties in this area are in such high demand.

The property has undergone a transformation over the last two years or so. Originally a three bedroom bungalow built in the first half of the last century, it is now a spacious five bedroom family home set over two levels. Solid oak floors give a feel of rustic charm but modern technology has been carefully woven into this family home.
