"OPEN HOUSE - Saturday 10th October between 11am and 2pm. By appointment only. A well presented detached family home situated within a much sought-after cul-de-sac within Pyrford. Located between West Byfleet and Woking town centres, this four double bedroom home benefits from three reception rooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite to master bedroom) and two garages. Having been in ownership with the current vendor for twenty nine years the property has been successfully extended by the present owner to offer additional accommodation. In recent years the property has been double glazed and a modern gas condensing combination boiler fitted. In the living, dining rooms including the hallway there is refurbished original parquet flooring and off the hall there is also a downstairs WC and under stairs storage.
