"Sitting in a quiet and hugely convenient cul-de-sac setting in central Woking this is a beautifully presented home that is within just a short walk of the town and its excellent commuter station. The house has been very considerably remodelled with great thought and attention to detail and is therefore one into which an incoming buyer could move very easily. Throughout the house, rooms that are unusually light and airy are also very well proportioned and neutrally decorated, a fact which adds greatly to the overall feeling of light and space. The principal living room is a large open plan space which has a very comfortable feel to it and where there is ample room at the far end for a large dining table as well as newly fitted double opening doors that lead into the conservatory. Beside the dining area, the kitchen has been very cleverly refitted with a comprehensive range of high gloss and wood effect units which along with smartly tiled walls give it a very contemporary feel. There are various integrated appliances in the kitchen that include a Neff dishwasher and washing machine. On the back of the house, the conservatory is a very versatile room which could be used in a number of different ways and which has a very pleasant outlook over the rear garden. From the conservatory there are also a single door that leads out onto the south facing sun terrace making this an ideal room for indoor/outdoor living during the summer months.

Upstairs there are three equally comfortable bedrooms and a large and nicely refitted family bathroom. All things considered, this is in many ways the perfect home for anybody looking for an easy move into a house that is in a very central and therefore extremely convenient location."
