"Our client has happily lived in this lovely 4 bedroom detached home for about 40 years, a testament in itself to the quality of the house and area. It has certainly been extremely well looked after throughout. An entrance lobby gives access to a long entrance hall with solid oak flooring continued into the lounge and dining area. A modern downstairs fully tiled cloakroom is a useful addition. One of the most noticeable factors about this house is just how light and bright the accommodation is in virtually every room. The open plan lounge/dining area is certainly no exception to this with large double aspect picture windows allowing a large ingress of light. The kitchen/dining room runs across the rear of the house and enjoys large sliding patio doors to the garden.
