"Coniston Road is a peaceful location situated in the heart of Old Woking within a short flat walk of the comprehensive range of local shops. The property is at a stage in its life now where it requires a complete programme of modernisation and updating but is nonetheless an excellent opportunity for an incoming buyer to create, entirely to their own specification, a very attractive home. The accommodation is currently laid out on one floor but there is undoubtedly potential here, subject to achieving the usual consents, to extend the property to create a much larger home should an incoming buyer so wish. On the back, there is a nicely proportioned sitting room that leads out through double opening doors onto the terrace and garden while adjacent to this the kitchen is fitted out with a range of units including space for all of the usual appliances. What was originally the third bedroom has been opened up into the kitchen to create a breakfast room from where there is also a door that leads out onto the side. Woking town centre is within easy reach and has a wide and varied array of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the multi screen cinema and New Victoria theatre in the Peacocks centre. Woking also has an excellent main line station that runs a fast and frequent service into Waterloo and close by there is access to the A3 and thereby the M25."
