"Sitting in a hugely convenient location in the very heart of the town, this is a fabulously light and airy apartment of beautifully presented and extremely well laid out accommodation. The principal living space for the apartment is a large open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room which has a certain degree of flexibility to the way in which the space can be used depending upon the needs of the incoming buyer. Large banks of windows that face in a westerly direction allow the light to flood into this area which further adds to the overall feeling of space and makes it a hugely light and attractive room. The kitchen is fitted out with a comprehensive range of units and integrated appliances and adjacent to this is space for a dining table. All in all this is a very well laid out and extremely workable main living area. Along the hallway there is a double bedroom which again overlooks the front and is notably light and airy while across the hallway from this is a very nicely fitted out bathroom.
