"Having been substantially extended over the years, this has been an exceptional family home for many decades since 1964, when it was purchased as a newly built home. We feel, this property would be ideally suited for any young family looking for a home to grow into and make their own. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and the flexible ground floor could be re-configured to add a sizable annexe. Currently comprising of, a reception hallway, sitting room, dinning room, drawing room and kitchen and breakfast room, with near on all of the rooms enjoying a triple aspect. To the first floor. On this level, four double bedrooms, a study area and a family bathroom can be found. We would also like to draw your attention to the loft space, a great size which could be converted, subject to the required planning permissions and building consents. Outside, the house sits proudly on it's plot with mature grounds surrounding the house on three sides. The pretty front garden and shingled in and out driveway provides off street parking for several cars and direct vehicle access into the integral garage.
