"Chelwood is great family home with a fantastic contemporary interior, with luxury fittings throughout. As soon as you enter the property you are immediately impressed with the light and airy feel Chelwood offers, there is a beautifully tiled reception hall with luxury cloakroom and coats cupboard. To one side of the hall, double doors lead through to the lounge which is a bright triple aspect room with open fireplace and a large square opening leading through to the kitchen area. To the other side of the house is an excellent study/TV room with wood effect flooring.

Running across the back of the house is one of the true features of this home in the form of the fantastic open plan kitchen/breakfast/family area incorporating a separate dining area as well. This is an amazing living space with very large patio doors overlooking and giving access out onto the rear terrace and garden. The kitchen is custom made and has extensive built in appliances including two double ovens, warming draws, hot water tap, induction hob, wine cooler as well as a concealed fridge/freezer units and a very large central island.
