"This family home really has been given a tremendous amount of tender love and care by the current owners and we are sure that you will be as impressed as we were the first time we viewed this excellent property. The front door opens into the bright hallway which has laminate flooring and leads you to the spacious lounge, which again benefits from an abundance of natural light and is an ideal space for relaxing after a hard day at the office. The kitchen/dining room really is the hub of this home and has been beautifully fitted with modern high gloss units and contrasting dark wood work tops, another striking feature of this superb kitchen are the miniature brick upstand tiles which add a welcome splash of colour. The stainless steel gas hob with extractor hood, double oven and dishwasher are all integral and there is further space for a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs there are two generous double bedrooms and a good size single bedroom. The bathroom and separate w/c have both been the subject of an extensive refit to the same exacting standards as the kitchen and have a contemporary feeling white suite and chrome fittings. Outside the south west facing rear garden is the product of some serious hard graft, what was once a steep slope has now been levelled to a much more child friendly, three tiered garden.
