"This lovely home flows so well and is very light and bright. As you open the front door what immediately strikes you is the very spacious entrance hallway which has quality oak flooring and under floor heating throughout the ground floor and wired for sound in most rooms. The sitting room is an excellent size with a magnificent feature fireplace and access to the rear garden. The utility room has a wide range of eye and base level units, sink with mixer tap, plumbing for washing machine and dryer and there is a door providing side access to the rear garden. The cloakroom has a two piece Villeroy Boch suite and there is a dining room and separate study. The kitchen/breakfast room is magnificent with a wide range of eye and base level units with granite work top surfaces, a Miele induction five ring hob with extractor hood above, a fitted double oven, steam oven and a microwave and Miele dishwasher and there is space for an American style fridge/freezer, and door with access to the rear garden. On the first floor there are five double bedrooms with superb views, family bathroom and 2 en suites by Villeroy and Boch, one with built in TV. In addition, there is a second floor Bedroom which would make an excellent games room. Outside, a paved drive leads to the double garage with electric up and over door. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and as a gate to a wooded area which leads down to Broadwater Lake. Situated in the heart of Oatlands Village with its excellent shopping facilities and within walking distance of Walton on Thames mainline station and a short drive to Weybridge town centre. A great home in so many ways.
