"If you are after a beautifully presented detached family home situated in a highly convenient location for Weybridge town centre, mainline station and local schools, Mulberry Lodge is a great contender. The current owners have really looked after this home with a sense of pride and it is hard to believe it was built nearly five years ago now by Antler Homes. The well presented accommodation is spread over three floors and extends to 2275 sq ft. The spacious entrance hall with its wood flooring provides an excellent first impression and gives direct access to both of the well proportioned reception rooms including the lovely lounge at the rear of the home which enjoys fine views over the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is a fantastic living space, distinctly divided into kitchen and breakfast area with the kitchen area comprehensively fitted with eye level and base units and integrated appliances and there is plenty of space for a large breakfast table at the other end with windows and doors affording delightful views over the rear garden. Upstairs, on the first floor there are three separate well proportioned bedrooms and the master bedroom has its own luxurious en suite shower room with a full family bathroom serving the remaining bedrooms.
